Core i7-11700F vs Core i7-13620H benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i7-11700F is faster than the Core i7-13620H. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i7-13620H in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Core i7-13620H has slightly more cores with 10 cores whereas the Core i7-11700F has 8 cores. But they both have the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Core i7-11700F has a slightly higher clock speed than the Core i7-13620H. Furthermore, both these CPUs have identical turbo speeds. In terms of cache, the Core i7-13620H has significantly more L2 cache when compared to the Core i7-11700F. The Core i7-13620H also has significantly more L3 cache.
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. Indeed, the Core i7-11700F has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
