Core i7-10750H vs Core 7 150U benchmarks
In our benchmarks, the Core i7-10750H beats the Core 7 150U in overall performance. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core 7 150U in all gaming tests too.
In terms of the number of cores of each of these CPUs, the Core 7 150U has significantly more cores than the Core i7-10750H. Indeed, the Core 7 150U has 10 cores compared to 6 cores found in the Core i7-10750H. But they both have the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Core i7-10750H has a significantly higher clock speed than the Core 7 150U. Despite this, the Core 7 150U has a slightly higher turbo speed. The info from our database shows that the Core 7 150U has more L2 cache than the Core i7-10750H. However, both these chips have the same amount of L3 cache.
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. Indeed, the Core i7-10750H has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
