In terms of the number of cores of each of these CPUs, the Core i5-9600T has significantly more cores than the Core i7-4770K. Indeed, the Core i5-9600T has 6 cores compared to 4 cores found in the Core i7-4770K. Despite this, the Core i7-4770K has more threads than the Core i5-9600T. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the Core i7-4770K has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Core i5-9600T. In addition, both chips have the same turbo speed. A Core i5-9600T CPU outputs less heat than a Core i7-4770K CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. For instance, the Core i5-9600T has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
