Core i5-8500T vs Xeon E5-2687W comparison

In our benchmarks, the Xeon E5-2687W beats the Core i5-8500T in overall performance. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i5-8500T in all gaming tests too.

When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Xeon E5-2687W has slightly more cores with 8 cores compared to the Core i5-8500T that has 6 cores. It also has more threads than the Core i5-8500T. With our hardware info, we find that the Xeon E5-2687W has a significantly higher clock speed than the Core i5-8500T.
