Core i5-7500 vs Core i5-1035G1 benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i5-7500 is faster than the Core i5-1035G1. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i5-1035G1 in all gaming tests too.
Our spec comparison shows that they have an identical amount of cores but the Core i5-1035G1 has more threads. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the Core i5-7500 has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Core i5-1035G1. Also, the Core i5-7500 has a slightly higher turbo speed. The Core i5-1035G1 outputs less heat than Core i5-7500 thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The data shows that both these CPUs have same sized L2 caches and L3 cache.
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking.
