Core i5-7300HQ vs FX-8150 benchmarks

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the FX-8150 is faster than the Core i5-7300HQ. Despite this, the Core i5-7300HQ has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.

Our spec comparison shows that they have an identical amount of cores but the FX-8150 has more threads. With our hardware info, we find that the FX-8150 has a significantly higher clock speed than the Core i5-7300HQ. A Core i5-7300HQ CPU outputs less heat than a FX-8150 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The info from our database shows that the FX-8150 has more L2 cache than the Core i5-7300HQ. The FX-8150 also has slightly more L3 cache.
