Core i5-14400F vs Ryzen 7 5700 benchmarks
Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Core i5-14400F performs better than the Ryzen 7 5700. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen 7 5700 in all gaming tests too.
In terms of the number of cores of each of these CPUs, the Core i5-14400F has slightly more cores than the Ryzen 7 5700. Indeed, the Core i5-14400F has 10 cores compared to 8 cores found in the Ryzen 7 5700. But they both have the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen 7 5700 has a significantly higher clock speed than the Core i5-14400F. Despite this, the Core i5-14400F has a slightly higher turbo speed. The info from our database shows that the Core i5-14400F has more L2 cache than the Ryzen 7 5700. The Core i5-14400F also has slightly more L3 cache.
