Core i5-10310U vs Xeon E3-1226 v3 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Xeon E3-1226 v3 is faster than the Core i5-10310U. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i5-10310U in all gaming tests too.
Our spec comparison shows that they have an identical amount of cores but the Core i5-10310U has more threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Xeon E3-1226 v3 has a significantly higher clock speed than the Core i5-10310U. Despite this, the Core i5-10310U has a slightly higher turbo speed. A Core i5-10310U CPU outputs less heat than a Xeon E3-1226 v3 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
