Core i5-10300H vs FX-9590 comparison

In our benchmarks, the Core i5-10300H beats the FX-9590 in overall performance. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the FX-9590 in all gaming tests too.

When comparing these CPUs we notice that they have the same number of cores and the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the FX-9590 has a significantly higher clock speed than the Core i5-10300H. Also, the FX-9590 has a slightly higher turbo speed. A Core i5-10300H CPU outputs less heat than a FX-9590 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. In terms of cache, the FX-9590 has significantly more L2 cache when compared to the Core i5-10300H. However, both these chips have the same amount of L3 cache.
