Core i5-10300H vs Celeron N4000 comparison
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i5-10300H is faster than the Celeron N4000. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Celeron N4000 in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Core i5-10300H has significantly more cores with 4 cores whereas the Celeron N4000 has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the Celeron N4000. With our hardware info, we find that the Core i5-10300H has a significantly higher clock speed than the Celeron N4000. The Celeron N4000 outputs less heat than Core i5-10300H thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. Indeed, the Core i5-10300H has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
