Core i5-10200H vs Ryzen 3 PRO 4450U benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i5-10200H is faster than the Ryzen 3 PRO 4450U. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Ryzen 3 PRO 4450U in all gaming tests too.
Info from our database shows that they both have the same core count and the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Ryzen 3 PRO 4450U has a slightly higher clock speed than the Core i5-10200H. Despite this, the Core i5-10200H has a slightly higher turbo speed. The Ryzen 3 PRO 4450U outputs less heat than Core i5-10200H thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The cache sizes of these CPUs are different. Indeed, the Ryzen 3 PRO 4450U has significantly more L2 cache than the Core i5-10200H. Despite this, the Core i5-10200H has significantly more L3 cache compared to the Ryzen 3 PRO 4450U.
Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. Indeed, the Core i5-10200H has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
