Core i3-8100T vs Custom 0405 comparison

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Custom 0405 is faster than the Core i3-8100T. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i3-8100T in all gaming tests too.

In terms of cache, the Custom 0405 has significantly more L2 cache when compared to the Core i3-8100T. Despite this, the Core i3-8100T has significantly more L3 cache compared to the Custom 0405.

Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones.
