Core i3-7100U vs Ryzen 7 7730U benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Ryzen 7 7730U is faster than the Core i3-7100U. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core i3-7100U in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Ryzen 7 7730U has significantly more cores with 8 cores whereas the Core i3-7100U has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the Core i3-7100U. Our comparison shows that the Core i3-7100U has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Ryzen 7 7730U. Both these chips have an identical TDP (Thermal Design Power). This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
