Core 5 210H vs Core Ultra 5 226V specs and performance

Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Core Ultra 5 226V performs better than the Core 5 210H. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core 5 210H in all gaming tests too.

When comparing these CPUs we notice that they have the same number of cores but the Core 5 210H has more threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Core 5 210H has a slightly higher clock speed than the Core Ultra 5 226V. Also, the Core 5 210H has a slightly higher turbo speed. In terms of cache, the Core Ultra 5 226V has significantly more L2 cache when compared to the Core 5 210H. Despite this, the Core 5 210H has significantly more L3 cache compared to the Core Ultra 5 226V.

Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. Indeed, the Core 5 210H has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
