Core 5 210H vs Core i3-14100F specs and performance
In our benchmarks, the Core i3-14100F beats the Core 5 210H in overall performance. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Core 5 210H in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Core 5 210H has significantly more cores with 8 cores whereas the Core i3-14100F has 4 cores. It also has more threads than the Core i3-14100F. Our comparison shows that the Core i3-14100F has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Core 5 210H. Despite this, the Core 5 210H has a slightly higher turbo speed. The cache sizes of these CPUs are different. Indeed, the Core 5 210H has slightly more L2 cache than the Core i3-14100F. However, both these chips have the same amount of L3 cache.
Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. Indeed, the Core 5 210H has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
