Celeron N5105 vs Core i7-5820K benchmarks

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i7-5820K is faster than the Celeron N5105. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Celeron N5105 in all gaming tests too.

With info from our database, we find that the Core i7-5820K has significantly more cores with 6 cores whereas the Celeron N5105 has 4 cores. It also has more threads than the Celeron N5105. Our comparison shows that the Core i7-5820K has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Celeron N5105. A Celeron N5105 CPU outputs less heat than a Core i7-5820K CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.

Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. For instance, the Celeron N5105 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
