Celeron N4500 vs Pentium 2127U benchmarks

Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Celeron N4500 performs better than the Pentium 2127U. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Pentium 2127U in all gaming tests too.

When comparing these CPUs we notice that they have the same number of cores and the same number of threads. Our comparison shows that the Pentium 2127U has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Celeron N4500. A Celeron N4500 CPU outputs less heat than a Pentium 2127U CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.

The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. For instance, the Celeron N4500 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
