Celeron N4500 vs Core i5-3470 benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i5-3470 is faster than the Celeron N4500. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Celeron N4500 in all gaming tests too.
When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Core i5-3470 has significantly more cores with 4 cores compared to the Celeron N4500 that has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the Celeron N4500. Our comparison shows that the Core i5-3470 has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Celeron N4500. A Celeron N4500 CPU outputs less heat than a Core i5-3470 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
