Celeron N4100 vs 3020e specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the 3020e is faster than the Celeron N4100. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Celeron N4100 in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Celeron N4100 has significantly more cores with 4 cores whereas the 3020e has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the 3020e. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the 3020e has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Celeron N4100. Both these chips have an identical TDP (Thermal Design Power). This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. For instance, the Celeron N4100 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
