Celeron J4105 vs Pentium G860 specs and performance
Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Pentium G860 performs better than the Celeron J4105. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Celeron J4105 in all gaming tests too.
When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Celeron J4105 has significantly more cores with 4 cores compared to the Pentium G860 that has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the Pentium G860. Our comparison shows that the Pentium G860 has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Celeron J4105. A Celeron J4105 CPU outputs less heat than a Pentium G860 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. For instance, the Celeron J4105 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
