Celeron G4920 vs Celeron J4105 specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Celeron G4920 is faster than the Celeron J4105. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Celeron J4105 in all gaming tests too.
When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Celeron J4105 has significantly more cores with 4 cores compared to the Celeron G4920 that has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the Celeron G4920. With our hardware info, we find that the Celeron G4920 has a significantly higher clock speed than the Celeron J4105. The Celeron J4105 outputs less heat than Celeron G4920 thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. For instance, the Celeron G4920 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
