Celeron G1840 vs Pentium G645 comparison
Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Pentium G645 performs better than the Celeron G1840. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Celeron G1840 in all gaming tests too.
Info from our database shows that they both have the same core count and the same number of threads. Our comparison shows that the Pentium G645 has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Celeron G1840. A Celeron G1840 CPU outputs less heat than a Pentium G645 CPU because of its slightly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The data shows that both these CPUs have same sized L2 caches and L3 cache.
Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. For instance, the Celeron G1840 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
