Athlon X4 750K vs Celeron J6412 comparison
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Celeron J6412 is faster than the Athlon X4 750K. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Athlon X4 750K in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Celeron J6412 has significantly more cores with 4 cores whereas the Athlon X4 750K has 2 cores. But they both have the same number of threads. Our comparison shows that the Athlon X4 750K has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Celeron J6412. In terms of cache, the Athlon X4 750K has significantly more L2 cache when compared to the Celeron J6412
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. Indeed, the Athlon X4 750K has more threads than cores. Each physical core is split into multiple threads.
