Athlon 3000G vs Xeon E5-440 benchmarks
In our benchmarks, the Athlon 3000G beats the Xeon E5-440 in overall performance. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Xeon E5-440 in all gaming tests too.
With info from our database, we find that the Xeon E5-440 has significantly more cores with 4 cores whereas the Athlon 3000G has 2 cores. But they both have the same number of threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Athlon 3000G has a slightly higher clock speed than the Xeon E5-440. A Athlon 3000G CPU outputs less heat than a Xeon E5-440 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption. The cache sizes of these CPUs are different. Indeed, the Xeon E5-440 has significantly more L2 cache than the Athlon 3000G
