A6-9225 vs Core i5-3210M specs and performance
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Core i5-3210M is faster than the A6-9225. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the A6-9225 in all gaming tests too.
When comparing these CPUs we notice that they have the same number of cores but the Core i5-3210M has more threads. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the A6-9225 has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Core i5-3210M. In addition, both chips have the same turbo speed. A A6-9225 CPU outputs less heat than a Core i5-3210M CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking.
