A6-3650 vs Pentium G4560 benchmarks

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the A6-3650 is faster than the Pentium G4560. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the Pentium G4560 in all gaming tests too.

With info from our database, we find that the A6-3650 has significantly more cores with 4 cores whereas the Pentium G4560 has 2 cores. But they both have the same number of threads. The Pentium G4560 outputs less heat than A6-3650 thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.

Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. For instance, the A6-3650 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
