A6-3650 vs FX-4130 benchmarks
According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the FX-4130 is faster than the A6-3650. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the A6-3650 in all gaming tests too.
In terms of the number of cores of each of these CPUs, the A6-3650 has significantly more cores than the FX-4130. Indeed, the A6-3650 has 4 cores compared to 2 cores found in the FX-4130. But they both have the same number of threads. A A6-3650 CPU outputs less heat than a FX-4130 CPU because of its slightly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. For instance, the A6-3650 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
