A4-9125 vs Pentium N3710 comparison

In our benchmarks, the Pentium N3710 beats the A4-9125 in overall performance. Despite this, the A4-9125 has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.

When comparing core counts for these CPUs, we notice that the Pentium N3710 has significantly more cores with 4 cores compared to the A4-9125 that has 2 cores. It also has more threads than the A4-9125. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the A4-9125 has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Pentium N3710. The Pentium N3710 outputs less heat than A4-9125 thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.

The more cores a CPU has, the better the overall performance will be in parallel workloads such as multitasking. Many CPUs have more threads than cores, this means that each physical core is split into multiple logical cores, making them more efficient. For instance, the A4-9125 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
