A4-9125 vs Core i3-2370M comparison

Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Core i3-2370M performs better than the A4-9125. Despite this, the A4-9125 has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.

Our spec comparison shows that they have an identical amount of cores but the Core i3-2370M has more threads. With our hardware info, we find that the Core i3-2370M has a slightly higher clock speed than the A4-9125. A A4-9125 CPU outputs less heat than a Core i3-2370M CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.

Modern CPUs generally have more logical cores than physical cores, this means that each core is split into multiple virtual cores, improving efficiency for parallel workloads. For instance, the A4-9125 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
