A10-7300 vs Celeron N3450 comparison

According to the hardwareDB Benchmark tool, the Celeron N3450 is faster than the A10-7300. Furthermore, our gaming benchmark shows that it also outperforms the A10-7300 in all gaming tests too.

Info from our database shows that they both have the same core count and the same number of threads. These CPUs have different clock speeds. Indeed, the A10-7300 has a significantly higher clock speed compared to the Celeron N3450. The Celeron N3450 outputs less heat than A10-7300 thanks to a significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.

Most CPUs have more threads than cores. This technology, colloquially called hyperthreading, improves performance by splitting a core into multiple virtual ones. This provides more efficient utilisation of a core. For instance, the A10-7300 has the same number of threads as cores. This means the the CPU does not support hyperthreading.
