A10-6700 vs Core i7-860 comparison

Our benchmark analysis concludes that the Core i7-860 performs better than the A10-6700. Despite this, the A10-6700 has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.

When comparing these CPUs we notice that they have the same number of cores but the Core i7-860 has more threads. Our comparison shows that the A10-6700 has a slightly higher clock speed compared to the Core i7-860. Also, the A10-6700 has a slightly higher turbo speed. A A10-6700 CPU outputs less heat than a Core i7-860 CPU because of its significantly lower TDP. This measures the amount of heat they output and can be used to estimate power consumption.
