The Core i9-12900KS is a 16 core CPU from Intel released in 2022. This chip has an incredible overall score at 144% in our CPU benchmark. The Core i9-12900KS has 16 cores and 24 threads. This CPU makes use of simultaneous multithreading technology to improve performance on parallel tasks. Each physical CPU core is divided into multiple logical processors.
