Xeon E5-2683 v4 vs Xeon E5-2695 v3 specs and performance

In our benchmarks, the Xeon E5-2683 v4 beats the Xeon E5-2695 v3 in overall performance. Despite this, the Xeon E5-2695 v3 has the advantage in our gaming benchmark.
